Hi, My Name is Marianne Centner

I can help you realise your potential to become an efficient and productive fashion and footwear design illustrator!

I have been in the fashion industry for many years! I have a wealth of experience to offer you from my clear understanding of construction and how to apply this to guiding you through the most efficient drawing methods when using AdobeIllustrator and Photoshop to create fashion and shoe illustrations.

Back in 2000 I started a successful freelance business where I worked for some of Australias major Retailers such as Myer and Target, among others. I also have run industry training sessions for Melbourne fashion wholesalers and have had the great fortune to have spent many years as a part time teacher at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Boxhill TAFE, Kangan TAFE and Melbourne School of Fashion teaching students how to draw with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

My teaching and coaching style and approach are completely informed by my real life industry experience. I believe that learning should be uncomplicated and clear. You can see this in the book I co-wrote with my friend and fellow teacher, Frances Vereker, “A Fashion Designer’s Handbook for Adobe Illustrator”,
